With two main centres based in KENT and SOMERSET, SELT works closely with schools across the Southern regions including LONDON and more widely in a national context providing a huge range of workshops and programmes designed specifically to support teachers and aspiring leaders through each stage of their teaching / leadership careers. SELT has a long standing and successful record of working in a complementary way with Local Authorities, Dioceses, Universities and HEIs in order to provide the highest quality provision for leadership development, talent management and school improvement.
