SELT is a charity dedicated to educational leadership and training at all levels and to school improvement. With two main centres based in KENT and SOMERSET, SELT works closely with schools across the Southern regions including LONDON and more widely in a national context providing a huge range of workshops and programmes designed specifically to support teachers and aspiring leaders through each stage of their teaching / leadership careers. SELT has a long standing and successful record of working in a complementary way with Local Authorities, Dioceses, Universities and HEIs in order to provide the highest quality provision for leadership development, talent management and school improvement.

NPQH
Application round 2012 currently open:
The application round for entry to the revised NPQH opened on 16th March and closes at 1.00pm on 3rd July 2012 (closing date extended from 24th April).
Application information can be found by following the National College link here. Please note that it is anticipated that there will only be one application window each year in the new model.
